An eight-year-old boy became the show’s main attraction at the Christmas concert at his elementary school, after he broke out into dance, and his impressive dance moves went viral on social media.
What happened at the end is phenomenal. Read on!
Video of the concert, shared by one of the parents on Instagram, has received over 20 million views, with that number growing by the second.
Jaden Williams from Menlo Park in California’s Bay Area, told reporters that he felt the vibe and just started dancing on stage.
The video shows the enthusiastic boy tearing up the stage at the winter concert of his elementary school and upstaging his classmates. The concert took place just before schools closed for winter break.
The seemingly soft-spoken boy did not shy away from a dance challenge and was happy to dance for the cameras as soon as the reporters requested him to do so.
The joy that Williams was experiencing quickly spread across social media, with millions of people viewing it on Instagram, making the boy a celebrity – something his parents said they did not expect.
Speaking to a local TV station, Kirk Williams, Jaden’s father, said that his classmate’s mom posted the video on her Instagram account, and it took a life of its own. He said that the mom had tagged his Jaden’s mother on the video post and that it started going viral.
Talking about his son’s dancing skills, Mr. Williams told reporters that the boy had been like that since he learned to walk. He said they held many parties at their home, which always had a lot of music.
He said that the young Williams always becomes the center of attention everywhere they go, from friends’ houses to weddings and parties, and that the boy finds excitement and happiness in just about every activity he is involved in, including watching sports, playing, and doing artwork.
Mom described him as a special boy with a kind soul who is always joyous and embraces his classmates. She said he had a big personality like his father and wished everyone happy holidays.
Despite his dancing talent and entertainment skills, Jaden dreams of becoming a professional footballer and joining his favorite team, the San Francisco 49ers.
Much to the boy’s delight, the San Francisco 49ers saw the video and left a positive comment on the Instagram post. The team’s management invited him to perform at Levi’s Stadium on Saturday in the fourth quarter of their game with the Washington Commanders. He met his favorite 49ers footballers, Deebo Samuel and Nick Bosa.
