Massacre of Entire Family, Including Baby, in California – Police Know WHY

In the middle of the street, in the middle of the night, outside a home in Goshen, California, a teen mother and her 10-month-old baby were shot in the head at close range when trying to escape the violence in their house.

Tulare County law enforcement released new details about the January 16 massacre in Goshen, California that killed an entire family consisting of six people, including a 72-year-old grandmother, a teen mom, and her 10-month old baby.

At a press conference on Tuesday, Tulare County Sheriff Mike Boudreaux said that the 16-year-old with her baby were running away from a massacre occurring in her house, when the killers caught up with her on the street outside the home and shot both her and her baby “assassination style.”

All the victims were part of the same family. They were identified as Rosa Parraz, 72; Marco Parraz, 19; Eladio Parraz Jr., 52; Alissa Parraz, 16, Nycholas Parraz, 10 months and Jennifer Analla, 50.

Deputies are searching for two suspects and announced a reward of $10,000 to anyone who comes forward with information leading to the arrests.

Officers received a call about loud gunfire in the Harvard Road neighborhood at around 3:30 am and found the teen and baby dead on the street, and a third victim dead in the doorway of the house. They found two more wounded people in the house and one who was still alive. They rushed him to the hospital, but he died shortly after arrival.

It was later learned that a survivor had hidden inside the house and called 911. Three people managed to survive the attack.

Sheriff Boudreaux said that even though at first they believed the massacre was linked to a drug cartel, they were not ruling out gang violence related to drug trafficking.

About a week before the shootings, police obtained a warrant and searched the house, recovering marijuana, methamphetamine, firearms and money. They arrested one of the members of the family, 52-year-old convicted felon Eladio Parraz, but he was bailed out a few days later. He was one of the victims killed in the shooting on January 16.

According to Sheriff Boudreaux, even though the home had gang and drug activity history, sadly an innocent 16-year-old and her baby lost their lives.
