Whoopi Goldberg Flips Out On “The View” Over Nikki Haley’s Big Announcement

Famous actress and “The View” co-host Whoopi Goldberg scoffed at Republican and former UN Ambassador Nikki Haley’s major announcement on Tuesday that she will run for the GOP nomination in 2024.

During one of the segments of the show, a video promo for Haley’s new presidential campaign was aired, and Whoopi was not having any part of it.

She criticized Haley for refusing to admit that the US was not the best country in the world and that it was not perfect, and said Haley couldn’t distinguish between right and wrong.

Haley’s comments undoubtedly stunned Goldberg, who addressed Haley directly on the show and told her that it seemed she had been asleep and had only recently realized that many things in the US were not perfect. Haley was not presenting the electorate with any innovative ideas, according to Whoopi, who also claimed that it is ludicrous for people to pretend that everything in the country is fine and nothing bad has happened.

Goldberg persisted in attacking the former US Ambassador to the UN, claiming that since she once had some common sense and could tell right from wrong, she should be the one to know better. Nevertheless, at some point, she believes Haley “lost her mind.”

The campaign ad said that Haley’s parents, who were both of Indian descent, frequently emphasized to her how fortunate they were to reside in America, how good the country’s founding principles were, and how the promise of freedom was not a delusion.

Haley also challenged anyone who said that she had referred to American views as “evil and racist,” saying that this was untrue.

In a tweet, Haley said that the prospect of her running for the nation’s highest office makes liberals’ heads explode,

The co-host of “The View,” Alyssa Farah Griffin, supported Haley’s decision by affirming that she was the best qualified Republican to run for president.

Despite Whoopi’s opposition to her support, Griffin said she was excited for Haley to run against Trump because she thought Haley was a stronger candidate than the ex-president.

Griffin said that Nikki Haley was the smartest person in every room they had shared and claimed to have witnessed Haley confronting dictators at the UN.

Despite Goldberg’s laughter at her remarks, Griffin continued to support the Republican, claiming that Haley was someone in whom she could have faith and that she represented a substantial improvement over Donald Trump.

Haley is the second Republican to announce their intention to run for president in 2024 after Donald Trump.
