During a speech at the Air Force Academy in Colorado, President Biden had a brief stumble, causing immediate shock and concern among the audience. The incident, captured on video, showed Biden falling on stage, prompting Air Force officials to rush to his aid.
Biden, however, managed to stand back up seemingly unscathed, pointing out a sandbag on the stage as the cause of his fall. Despite the alarming incident, those behind him on stage didn’t appear overly concerned about the President’s wellbeing.

Prior to the mishap, Biden was seen congratulating and shaking hands with the newly minted graduates of the Air Force and Space Force. The incident occurred on Thursday, June 1.
White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre confirmed that the President was fine, suffering no noticeable injuries from the fall. She further said that he flashed “a big smile” to bystanders as he boarded Air Force One for his return journey to the White House.
Reporters pressed him about how he was feeling after the fall, but his reply was inaudible.White House Communications Director Ben LaBolt posted on Twitter, “He’s fine. There was a sandbag on stage while he was shaking hands.”
