A shooting at Sky Zone Trampoline Park in Timonium, Maryland, on Saturday evening, August 12, has left one man dead.
Marcus Whitehead, aged 32, was discovered by Baltimore County Police with gunshot wounds around 7 pm following reports of the shooting. He was immediately transported to a hospital where he later died from his injuries.
In relation to the incident, 30-year-old Quinton Walker has been charged with first-degree murder.
The preliminary investigation indicates a possible prior acquaintance between Walker and Whitehead.
The authorities assured that there is no continuing risk to the public. All park visitors, including minors, were unharmed and reunited with their families.
The case is currently under the purview of the Baltimore County Violent Crime Unit.
