Actor Charlie Sheen, known for his roles in “Two and a Half Men” and a host of popular films, was the victim of an assault at his Malibu home, located in the 6000 block of Cavalleri Road, confirmed by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
The incident involved Sheen’s neighbor, Electra Schrock, 47, who has been arrested and charged with assault with a deadly weapon, force likely to cause bodily injury, and burglary.
The authorities responded to a battery-disturbance call at Sheen’s residence on Wednesday afternoon. Reports indicate that the neighbor, Schrock, forced her way into Sheen’s home, leading to an altercation. During the incident, Sheen’s shirt was reportedly ripped, and there were attempts at strangulation. Paramedics were called to the scene, but Sheen did not require hospitalization.
The details of the assault remain under investigation, and Schrock is scheduled to appear in court on December 29 to face the charges. The history between Sheen and Schrock includes previous disturbances, with allegations of Schrock dumping trash on Sheen’s door before the assault.
Charlie Sheen, 58, has had a prominent career in Hollywood, with notable performances in movies such as “Wall Street,” “The Three Musketeers,” and “Major League.” His recent work includes a professional reunion with Chuck Lorre in the HBO series “Bookie,” following their public falling out in 2011 during Sheen’s time on “Two and a Half Men.”
This incident adds another chapter to Sheen’s eventful life, marked by both professional highs and personal challenges. As the case progresses, more details are expected to emerge about the circumstances surrounding the assault.
