Actor Camden Toy, renowned for his roles in “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” and “Angel,” died on Monday, December 11, 2023, at age 68.
The announcement of Toy’s passing, due to a two-year battle with pancreatic cancer, was made on his Facebook page.
A native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Toy’s acting journey began in New York City, eventually leading him to Los Angeles. He gained acclaim in “Buffy the Vampire Slayer,” portraying various memorable characters, including the Gentleman, the demon Gnarl, and a Turok-Han vampire.

Bethany Henderson, Toy’s partner, revealed his cancer diagnosis on Facebook, stating it was made in February of the previous year after enduring pain for months. Toy’s health declined rapidly in the last few months.
