In a tragic incident that took place at a Home Depot in Irondequoit, a suburb of Rochester, New York, a man fatally stabbed himself with a utility knife he had just purchased. Irondequoit Police Chief Scott Peters reported that the man, whose identity remains undisclosed, walked into the Home Depot outlet on East Ridge Road, bought a utility knife, and used it to cause lethal self-inflicted wounds within the store.
