The estate spans approximately 6,200 square feet and includes equestrian facilities, a poolside cabana with a fireplace, and numerous wood-burning fireplaces.
This purchase coincides with Affleck and Lopez’s attempt to sell their marital home in Beverly Hills. The couple, often referred to as Bennifer, initially tried to offload the property in June but found no buyers.
